I've seen nothing in the press lately re the above.
Is the "skeleton" of the building still standing or have they demolished it and flattened the site yet?

When I saw it last week it was still a skeleton.

No change yesterday afternoon - still a skeleton; and an eyesore.

Shame, they made all those cats homeless for nothing!!
Suppose it'll stay as it is now for years whilst they argue the toss.

We use Arenales most days both for the beach and restaurants, the business owners adjacent to the ruin must despair with what there left with. Hopefully someone either local or regional will pull there finger out during the winter, in time for 2018 season.

There was a court order a few months ago Victor instructing the developers, at their expense, to flatten the site......hence my post, rather optimistically asking what had happened on the site
We like to take a coffee in the little bar next to the Irish bar, as you say they must despair the saga that has unfolded
The owner of the Serafin told me she would reopen the business when the hotel opened, that's her plans down the drain

It will probably depend on who puts /gets the most money in the plain brown envelope !! ;)

Maybe that was the problem in the end, they ran out of brown envelopes.
